Costa Brava is located just beachside of Colonia Vicente Guerrero on the San Quintin coastal plateau. We're at the north end of the Playa San Ramon, a twenty mile stretch of barren beaches backed by low sand dunes and muddy flatlands.

This small resort community of about thirty vacation homes is perfect for those seeking a location that is quiet, safe and secure. The community is owned in partnership by a Mexican Corporation and a local Mexican family. The Corporation shareholders are comprised of both Mexican and United States citizens.

It has recently bee decided by the owners to allow some limited new growth at Costa Brava. Lots are currently available for long term lease according to Mexican law. Current law limits the length of a land lease to nine years eleven months. The law allows for renewals to be granted at the end of the lease term.
